In-Person
As part of a Forum on Faculty AI Experience, this second discussion will focus on building on the learning from the first forum with Queens College faculty. It will focus on solidifying any help the library can provide and creating tangible outcomes that can help faculty going forward. Depending on the needs, this discussion may include a panel of speakers. The discussion will be semi-structured, which will provide the flexibility for attendees to shape the conversation.
Some basic guiding questions include:
- What strategies and tools have you employed to help you navigate the AI landscape?
- How have you addressed issues surrounding the ethical, environmental, creative, and technical issues with generative AI?
- How and what aspects/research on AI are you currently tracking?
By the end of the discussion, we will have additional strategies and tools to share regarding the faculty experience.
Expected Outcomes
- A place to find resources and research about generative AI for the faculty
- Strategies and tools that have been used to address different aspects of generative AI
- Additional ways for the library to support the faculty.
